Hey Hey, the Gang's all Here.

I put all the gears together on a 4'x8' piece of hardboard.   They are not mounted yet, but that's coming soon.

What's really cool is when you turn one, they all turn!   I works great on the floor, hopefully it will the same once they are mounted on the wall.

Cut files for the CityScape

I've created the cut files for the city-scape.   There are 37 24x12 sheets.

This is going to take a long time to cut!

Next Big Project

I haven't posted in a while because I've been working on designing my next big project.   It has involved a LOT of design time, so I have not put much time into cutting things recently.

My next project is a piece of art.   It's a circular city-scape that will hang on the wall.  

It's going to be pretty large, about 5-6 feet in diameter.  There are 100 building and each building is unique.   They are all made up of 3 layers.   I'm still not sure what material I will use to cut it.

I'm done the design.   I now have to make cut files from all the buildings.   That will take quite a while, but I'm pretty excited about this project.  I can't wait to see what it will look like once finished.
